Closure of the existing gallery as a 3 seasons veranda
The clients had a gallery covered by a roof but wanted to close this space with vinyl windows. The existing structure being already black, we kept this color for all the elements of the sunroom. This new relaxation area is the perfect place to take a iced tea after a dip in the pool.
Work completed:
- Installation of the sunroom on the existing concrete base.
- Installations of vinyl window and vinyl trapeze (10 years warranty)
- We kept the existing low wall on the left and adapted the size of the windows
- 12″ aluminium kneewall
- 1 single glass patio door
- Ceramic covering floor
