Gorgeous 4 season custom solarium built on a concrete slab

We built a 4 season solarium to have a beautiful small living room and dining room.

Work completed:

• Construction of a concrete slab ready to accommodate the solarium
• Fiberglass structure coated with clay-colored PVC
• R42 insulated roof with shingle exterior finish and wood slat interior finish
• Double glass windows, thermos, LowE, Argon, Energie Star. Sliding windows with full-size mosquito nets
• Insulated panel kneewalls. Interior and exterior structure vinyl finish
• 2 patio doors
• Opening of the wall of the house on 9 feet to allow direct access to the sunroom
• Finishing the wall of the house in gypsum, joints, painting
• Support beam covered with wood
• Electricity (indoor and outdoor outlets, ceiling outlet for fan, heating, built-in)
• Ceramic flooring, heated floor
