The client tasked us with replacing their existing porch with a beautiful, bright, and timeless room. We removed the old porch and installed a new, larger, stronger, and brighter one. We started the sunroom installation higher on the wall to maximize height and create a sense of grandeur.
This new space became a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view of the yard and its mature trees.
Work completed :
- Construction of an R32 insulated floor on screw piles
- 3-season solarium and its installation
- White aluminum structure, lifetime warranty
- Single-glazed sliding windows with full-size screens, 15-year warranty
- 6-foot patio door
- 2 operable transom windows on the sides
- Insulated panel half-walls, lifetime warranty
- Acrylic roof to bring natural light into the room, 20-year warranty
- Integrated gutters within the structure
- Wall cladding done by the client
