The customer asks us to add a 3 seasons solarium on the side of her house to enjoy the summer but without the mosquitoes.
Completed project:
- Construction of a non-insulated floor on screw piles
- Installation of a 3 seasons veranda
- Vinyl windows
- Cathedral roof, interior aluminum finish, exterior shingle finish
- Aluminum transoms to create a more intimate space
- Installation of electricity (indoor and outdoor outlets and ceiling outlet for a light fixture
- Vinyl flooring
- Aluminum skirt with 1 storage door
- Aluminum balcony and steps
