The Chenette family entrusted us with their 16′x12′ four-season extension project. Project completed in Boucherville on the South Shore of Montreal. With a cathedral ceiling over 10 feet high, this new space offers exceptional brightness. To maximize natural light, our clients chose large windows for minimal visual obstruction.
Work completed:
- Insulated floor on piles
- Heated ceramic floor covering
- 4-Season Sunroom Construction:
- Wall height: 8′ to 11′
- Double-glazed thermos glass, Low E, Argon, Energy Star certified
- Cathedral ceiling with gypsum interior finish and shingle exterior
- Roof modification to accommodate the four-season sunroom
- 8-foot-wide wall opening: gypsum finish and joints
- Electricity and heating
- Skirting with storage door
The demolition of the old balcony and the construction of the new one were carried out by our client.
